Dementia Daily Care equips foreign domestic workers with practical approaches to support a person living with dementia in everyday activities. Participants will learn how the environment can affect daily care and how to provide support using the Prepare, Involve and Comfort (PIC) approach.

About This Course
Daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating and moving around may become more challenging for a person living with dementia. The way care is provided and the surrounding environment can influence how comfortable and involved the person feels.
In this course, participants will learn how to prepare the environment, involve the person according to their abilities, and provide comfort and reassurance during everyday activities. Practical approaches will help participants support daily routines while maintaining dignity, safety and independence where possible.
