Responsibilities
- Perform monthly and yearly closings in a timely, accurate and controlled manner.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions that include end-to-end processes for Accounts Receivables and Payables, ensuring effective internal control and accountability practices are in place.
- Prepare monthly balance sheets and bank reconciliations, ensuring prompt follow-up and clearance of outstanding items.
- Perform monthly Profit & Loss and departmental variance analysis.
- Prepare accounting and audit schedules.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and opportunities to drive and improve finance operational efficiency.
- Providing support for other financial accounting tasks and participating in ad-hoc duties, assignments, or projects as required.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong team player and analytical, coupled with a ‘can-do’ mentality and inquiring mind.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
- Resourceful, meticulous, especially with numbers, hands-on, and resilient with strong problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting software or a charity organisation will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Directly support the Fundraising Director in the planning and execution of all fundraising activities & events (e.g. Charity Golf, Charity Gala etc.).
- Take lead in community outreach projects (e.g. awareness talks, roadshows, and booths etc.) ensuring successful execution. This includes the preparation of materials, audio-visual materials, drafting of appeal letters etc.
- Create and run fundraising campaigns, including online donation drives, and face-to-face engagements to reach donation targets.
- Achieve annual fundraising targets by promoting fundraising activities and events through effective marketing strategies.
- Assist in identifying and implementing innovative fundraising and community outreach activities (online or physical).
- Consistently grow donor base – increase the number of new donors and maintain existing donors.
- Secure and manage in-kind sponsorship and donations.
- Actively seek out, identify, and prospect for new potential donors or opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Conduct research, data mining, and analysis of potential donors to identify prospects and maximise fundraising opportunities.
- Admin support and follow-up on stewardship mailing and phone campaigns.

- Min Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in fundraising, whether corporate, government-related or non-profit, would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
- To provide administrative support to caseworkers.
- To provide casework support that includes but is not limited to duties like information and referrals, liaising with external agencies, home visits and other aspects of social work services.
- To liaise with external agencies like hospitals and social services agencies to triage appropriate services and support for people with dementia and their carers.
- To provide basic intervention such as psychoeducation on dementia and basic supportive counselling as part of the case management support.
- To prepare, support and facilitate the running of programme and outreach activities.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders for programmes.
- To prepare minutes of meetings.
- To keep appropriate case recordings and produce timely reports, as required, in accordance with departmental policies and procedures such as Database administration, data entry for statistical compilation, filings, etc.
- Any other duties assigned when required.
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant discipline, preferably with 2 years of experience in working in the social service sector.
- Meticulous with details.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and administrative skills.
- Self-motivated and a good team player.
- Able to work under pressure with deadline submission for reports.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior experience in working with persons with dementia or caregivers is an added advantage.
- Able to work on Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and lead programmes and activities, either one-to-one or on a group basis, depending on the preferences, needs and limitations of each client.
- Orientate new clients to the programmes and activities.
- Understand and be able to apply the whole Person-Centred Care approach concept.
- Procure consumables as needed by day-to-day activity sessions.
- Monitor the supply and condition of equipment and activity props and supplies and assist in procuring the items when needed.
- Carry out any other duties as and when assigned.
