Update on COVID-19: Changes to ADA Programmes and Events 1024 205 Dementia Singapore

In light of the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19, previously known as 2019-nCov) and its effects on Singapore, ADA has had to make the difficult decision to temporarily suspend and postpone some of our programmes, services, and events.

This is to ensure the utmost care, safety and health of all our persons with dementia, caregivers, volunteers, partner organisations, and staff.

The 34th International Conference of Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI) has been postponed from its original dates in March to 10-12 December 2020. We will automatically carry forward all registrations, abstracts, speakers and exhibitors, to make the change of date as seamless as possible. For more information and updates, check out ADI 2020’s official website (adi2020.org).

Since the Singapore government raised the DORSCON level to Orange on 7 February, ADA has also made the move to suspend or postpone many of our regular programmes and services. For a full list of activities affected, please check out our latest statement here (dementia.org.sg/advisory/covid).
